Jack and Sonya have been living aboard Gemini, a Passport 42, full time for a decade.
Every fall they return to Port Townsend for build season, then leave again. The propulsion systems they install for customers are the same ones they rely on on their own vessel.

Hi there, I’m Jack
Jack has been sailing for over 20 years and converted Gemini, his own Passport 42, using the G22 system he builds for customers. He and Sonya completed that conversion in Mexico, then cruised the Sea of Cortez and crossed to French Polynesia on it. He’s not guessing about offshore reliability. He has tested it across an ocean.
Powerflow is small by design. Four to six conversions per season, each one built to the specific vessel. Jack is the technician, manufacturer, and for select projects, the installer. He’s available to travel to the vessel when the project warrants it.

This is what working with us looks like.
Electric propulsion doesn’t fit every use case and build slots are limited. Before any build begins, we spend time understanding your vessel, sailing plans, and whether this is the right fit. Once you’re accepted, we handle everything: diesel removal, electric or hybrid propulsion installation, house bank upgrades, and a complete recharging system. One crew, one build, done right.
